It is an honor to write this review. I will absolutely travel with Ainul Haramain for my Hajj trip. This was my first Umrah trip, and since I travel a lot for work, my time and availability are very limited. I don’t have time to make extensive plans. Traveling with Ainul Haramain made my trip delightful. They were communicative, professional, personable, informative, and collaborative every step of the way. I felt so safe and felt like I gained a little family on this trip.
There is joy in my heart to be going to Umrah, but there is even more security and belonging on this trip because I chose the right company to take me on this journey to the home of Allah. We recently used their services to perform Ummrah at the end of January. They made the whole experience very easy and affordable. The hotels and transportation that were arranged were very nice, clean, and convenient. The hotels, Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel and Makkah Clock Royal Tower (A Fairmont Hotel), were situated right next to where we needed to go, so going to the Prophet's Mosque or the Haram multiple times a day was easy.
The group leader Haroon was especially helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He provided lots of historical context to the places we visited in tours and gave lots of good tips and advice for performing Ummrah and reserving slots through the Nusuk App. He also went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time, that we didn't lose anyone during travel, that we took ample breaks, and that the group knew exactly what to expect.
This was my first Umrah and Ainul Haramain Travel made it a very pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend their services to any first timers or Umrah/Hajj veterans who want to have an easy experience when going to perform Umrah/Hajj again
